All products available from the online store are shown with usual delivery times stated in working days. Boxed items ship 3 – 5 working days. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed Monday, with delivery 3 – 5 days later. (Highlands of Scotland and more remote regions may take a day or two longer.) Although we strive to provide as accurate information on shipping as we can, the delivery period stated either on the site or advised by email or verbally should be seen as a guide only. We shall endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any anticipated delay in the shipment of your product and your order may of course be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch should the wait prove unsatisfactory.
We will send you your purchase Free of Charge* on our Standard delivery 3-5 working days service.
You may choose to pay £6.95 for next day delivery (for orders placed before 2pm) although this next day service option is not available in all postcode areas, for example the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and more remote regions.
*For the following postcodes there is a charge for all deliveries (these are not included in the Free of Charge delivery).

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
